Just as in the Marine Corps, in the Marine Corps League you get recognition for what you do. Ribbons are awarded for a variety of services you provide to your detachment and the community.

The Marine Corps League Cover
Our uniform is simple. The Marine Corps League's official uniform is a scarlet cover with gold trim and the Marine Corps logo on it. After your first meeting you need to bring your cover and wear it in meetings but that's all that's required. Some members also wear our tradition white shirt (not shown here) and blue trowsers with blood stripes.

It's not like we're protecting the free world here!

We're the Marine Corps League, not the Marine Corps so we don't need much more than a little guidance to keep us on track. Almost all of us have already been in the Corps and we know respect an honor.

These documents are the few that we require to clearly and consistently get our jobs done.
